Flint FAQ

Everyone

  • Flint is a purpose-built platform that streamlines the tracking, reviewing, and showcasing of your achievements. Easily record your accomplishments and their impact. Flint allows you to share knowledge and celebrate successes for yourself and your peers.

  • An accomplishment in Flint represents growth, behaviors, or successes. Each accomplishment captures essential details, such as what you did, the impact of the accomplishment, and your behaviors that contributed to its success. Accomplishments provide valuable insights during performance conversations and highlight your contributions and growth within the organization.

  • We suggest adding 2 to 3 new accomplishments per week.

  • Think of Flint as your work journal, recording your successes, places where you made an impact, or anything that consumed a significant amount of time. Accomplishments may be part of a much larger project, which might also involve many people, and it might not always be fully complete.

Accomplishments can also be tangible or intangible. Tangible accomplishments could include writing a document for a new design, building a small tool, or designing a new widget. Intangible accomplishments could include mentoring a peer, providing exceptional customer service, or contributing to a positive team culture.
